Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for residential units, common areas, and building systems. You will respond to service requests, assist with PM programs, and help ensure life-safety and company standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of facilities experience, basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems.
• Assist with unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for occupancy.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
