Job summary

AION Management is seeking an Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs for residential units and common areas. You will support safe, efficient property operations by responding to service requests and assisting with preventative maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of building systems, and a valid driver's license. This on-site role requires reliability and a customer-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and tenant-ready turnovers.
• Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances and systems repairs.
• Respond to service requests, assist PMs, and document work performed.
• Assist in life-safety checks and compliance duties as needed.
