Post-Road-Management-2 in York, PA is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician for on-site, part-time work. You will perform general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and turnover tasks, helping keep resident living spaces safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property maintenance.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work overhead.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to York, PA.

Responsibilities

• General carpentry: drywall repairs, cabinet/countertop replacements, finish carpentry, glass/window repairs, lock/door servicing, tile repairs.
• Maintenance & repairs: electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, painting, HVAC (non-licensed).
• Turnover & project support: assist with work orders, repaints, re-carpeting, apartment turnovers.
• Property inspections: routine inspections to identify needs and report.
• Emergency response: rotating after-hours maintenance duty.
• Preventive maintenance: schedule tasks to ensure longevity and safety.
• Stakeholder interaction: maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, city officials.
• Work order management: track, prioritize, complete orders, inform relevant parties.
