Job summary

AAMCI-Management, Inc. seeks a full-time Property Maintenance Technician for a community in Hunker, PA to protect long-term value and curb appeal. You will perform general repairs and upkeep with a hands-on, reliable approach.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with on-call rotation and premium pay. Tasks include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and light cleaning, using an IPAD/tablet to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in typical weather conditions.
• Ability to follow both written and oral communications.
• Ability to use an IPAD or other tablet to open and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Utilize IPAD/tablet for daily tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders
• Assist with unit turns with drywall, painting, cleaning and trash removal
• Maintain grounds in clean, safe condition
• Participate in on-call emergency schedule with premium pay
• Complete work orders and report damages or vandalism
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment
• Perform other duties as required
