Job summary

Empire Property Management is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to upkeep rental properties and common areas in Easton, PA. This full-time role requires a multi-trade skill set to repair drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, and basic HVAC maintenance.

You will receive on-the-job training and work with the Property Management Office to respond to work orders, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician (drywall, painting, doors, lights, locks, windows, etc.).

• Operate and perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.
