Job summary

The Program Supervisor at Dungarvin will coordinate and manage daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs. This entry-level supervisory role centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.

We offer a full-time schedule with starting pay at $12.00 per hour, plus competitive benefits and a supportive training department to help you develop in the IDD field and grow your career with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two-year degree in related social services or two years of supervisory experience in the field encouraged.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Driver's License; some locations may require own vehicle.
• Successful background clearance as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Fill all direct service shifts in the program(s) with qualified staff.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety and personal growth of the individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
