Houston Citizens Chamber of Commerce in Lakeland, FL seeks a Team Lead to oversee daily production and inventory across blending, distillation, Treattarome processing, and stock control, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

You will lead operators, coordinate workflows, resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; leadership training preferred.
• 4+ years experience in production or logistics with demonstrated leadership.
• Forklift and Hazardous Materials certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the activities of Operators across production areas.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Review production documentation, inventory records, and quality checks.
• Train and mentor team members; support onboarding and cross-training.
• Enforce GMP and safety protocols.
• Communicate operational updates and priorities to team and leadership.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with planning, QC and QA to meet product specifications and timelines.
