Treatt Plc in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Shift Manager with day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will ensure production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination across functions, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. You will lead a team, manage run sheets, and uphold GMP/quality standards across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Team leading experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• LEAN knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Report daily production progress and delays to the Shift Manager to protect on-time customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with Shift Manager and support functions to follow the weekly OTIF plan.
• Organize workloads to achieve minimum 95% labour utilization.
• Investigate root causes of complaints and CAPAs using 5 whys.
