You will support multiple departments (wash, blast, paint, mechanical, final assembly) and participate in structured on-the-job training to build foundational skills for a manufacturing career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist painters, mechanics, and technicians by staging materials and completing preparatory tasks.
• Load and unload parts, components, or equipment from delivery vehicles and staging areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment under supervision.
• Move units, parts, and components between workstations using carts, hoists, or forklifts when properly trained.
• Participate in daily or weekly production meetings and departmental huddles, including communication of company updates and performance.
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements as directed.
