Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Production Support in Springfield, MO. This entry-level, hands-on role supports the Genie Reconditioning operation, assisting multiple departments and performing prep, handling, and movement of equipment under supervision.

You will receive on-the-job training, follow procedures, participate in production meetings, and maintain safe work practices in a heavy manufacturing environment with some overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work in a physical, fast-paced industrial environment.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Assist painters, mechanics, and technicians by staging materials, handing off tools, and completing preparatory tasks as assigned.
• Load and unload parts, components, or equipment from delivery vehicles, staging areas, or internal transport locations.
• Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment under supervision and in accordance with established procedures.
• Move units, parts, and components between workstations using carts, hoists, or forklifts when properly trained and certified.
• Participate in daily or weekly production meetings and departmental huddles, including communication of company updates and performance.
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements as directed.
