Job summary

Genie Reconditioning LLC in Springfield, MO seeks a Production Group Leader to coordinate daily workflow across Disassembly, Preparation & Paint, and Assembly. You will ensure tools and materials are ready, provide task-level direction, and perform hands-on work when needed.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes safety, process adherence, and training support. Work is in a heavy manufacturing setting, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated advanced technical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate work activities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Excellent communication with technicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow within assigned production areas to support efficient production.
• Ensure tools, materials, and components are available at workstations.
• Provide technical guidance and task-level work direction to technicians.
• Perform hands-on production tasks within Disassembly, Preparation & Paint, or Assembly operations.
• Monitor work quality and process adherence; inspect in-process or completed work.
