Grön in Missouri, Kansas City, is hiring a Production Support to be the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and adherence to standard work methods to keep production efficient and compliant.

You will collaborate with Production Leads, manage METRC tags, operate packaging machinery, and help meet daily to monthly goals, while maintaining high standards and ownership of your work.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-moving environments such as restaurants, production lines, or retail.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team.
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean workspace.
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers.
• Operate machinery per production schedule.
• Follow packaging protocols and meet KPIs.
