• Conduct grinding, sanding, cleaning and polishing of parts.
• Set up machines, handle materials and perform minor maintenance.
• Manage time to balance cleaning time with production tasks.

What You'll Do

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
• Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
• Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
• Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
• Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
