Qualifications
- 3+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Direct supervision of production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehousing staff.
- Experience with operational KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Manufacturing or related field preferred; bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Direct and support production employees on shift.
- Monitor workflow, staffing, materials, and priorities.
- Enter and maintain production data for productivity and quality tracking.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Lead team discussions on issues and corrective actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and development for team members.
- Administer attendance and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
