Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Manager and Customer Service Manager to determine assembly priorities.
• Assign team members to assembly jobs based on the production schedule.
• Train team leaders in methods and procedures.
• Inspect production areas for conformance to procedures and log paperwork accurately.
• Ensure parts and materials are logged out/in and labeled correctly for team members.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with the Process Engineer and handle quality concerns with managers.
