Chase Doors is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for its Frederick, Maryland facility. You will oversee daily production operations, lead a hands‑on team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and on‑the‑floor leadership to resolve issues and maintain a safe, productive environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, operations, or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance and safety expectations.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all employees and production activities within assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Maintain working knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality requirements.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action; complete daily production reports.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, engineering, and planning to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
