Trillium Staffing in Baltimore is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance. You will oversee production personnel, coordinate staffing and workflow, and address operational challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a strong floor leadership background, can develop employees, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• 2+ years of experience as a production lead or in a similar lead-level role.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of technicians and production employees.
• Coordinate daily staffing, work assignments, and production priorities.
• Coach team members, deliver constructive feedback, and support training and development.
• Foster a team-oriented environment built on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and goals.
• Monitor work orders, labor utilization, workflow, and production output; adjust resources as needed.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Materials teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operated, set up, and shut down per procedures.
• Monitor downtime, production efficiency, and key performance measures.
• Complete production documentation, operational reports, and timekeeping records accurately.
