Freedom Living co. in Obetz, OH is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead shift-level production and gift assembly operations. You will allocate staff, prioritize workflows, and manage performance to meet production targets in a high-volume, seasonal environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in production and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with strong GMP and food safety knowledge. You will coach frontline teams and drive safety, quality, and throughput across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of operational leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or high-volume operations.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing seasonal workforce scaling.
• Strong understanding of production metrics and labor management.
• Working knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations including kitting, gift building, palletizing, and line balancing.
• Ensure production schedules are executed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and remove bottlenecks to maintain throughput targets.
• Escalate production risks and recommend corrective actions to Sr. Manager, Assembly.
• Drive achievement of daily and weekly production KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, quality defects, scrap rates, and rework trends.
• Implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
