Job summary

Fameccanica North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a large hourly team in a high-volume, repetitive assembly environment in West Chester, OH. This role requires a visible, floor-focused leader who can organize daily work, maintain output, and uphold safety and quality while keeping employees informed and motivated.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in repetitive production environments.
• Experience supervising a large hourly team (75+ employees).
• Hands-on, lead-by-example style with floor presence.
• Strong safety, quality, labor management and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily repetitive production and assembly activities to meet safety, quality, output, and schedule expectations.
• Supervise a large hourly team by assigning work, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and following up.
• Stay visible on the production floor to identify staffing, workflow, downtime, quality, or performance issues and resolve them quickly.
• Create accountability by addressing attendance, safety, quality, performance, and conduct concerns fairly.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees to stay engaged and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with quality, engineering, maintenance, planning, and leadership to keep production moving.
