Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Dallas is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and enhance patient care. You will be involved in patient check-ins, scheduling support, and preparing treatment spaces as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include assisting with exercises and monitoring progress, while gaining hands-on healthcare experience and mentorship in a dynamic PT/OT environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and registration to promote efficient patient flow.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support clinicians by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist with home exercise programs.
