Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age and a High School diploma.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding of new patients; review paperwork and benefits.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment; monitor patient progress.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
