Redline Group Ltd in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on UPS & Critical Power Technician to join a growing technical team based in Phoenix. The successful candidate will support testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of UPS systems and related critical power equipment.
The role is site-based with minimal travel, requiring experience with UPS systems, batteries, inverters, rectifiers and power electronics.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with UPS systems, power supplies, batteries, inverters, rectifiers or other power electronics equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with electrical testing, fault-finding and component-level troubleshooting.
- Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or relevant practical experience advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Carry out testing, inspection, maintenance and repair of UPS systems and related critical power equipment.
- Assist with installation, commissioning and start-up of UPS systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults on UPS systems and power equipment.
- Carry out electrical testing and functional checks on equipment.
- Support engineers with fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
