Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with up to 2 years related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Experience with painting, patching, and finishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform repairs and emergency preventative maintenance with records.
• Paint and finish interior areas to commercial standards.
• Apply varnish, polyurethane, primer and specialty coatings.
• Prepare, mask, and protect surfaces during work.
• Build, dismantle, and repair structures, walls, roofs, and facia.
• Review work orders, estimate materials, and order supplies.
• Read drawings, specs, and maintenance logs to guide work.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders on requested tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment for safety and performance.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure personal and team safety.
• Participate in HSE programs and report conditions when needed.
• Follow procedures and deliver output under supervision.
