Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead across Food & Beverage, Retail, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Safety. This hands-on leader will work with department managers, drive safety, and improve guest experiences in a high-volume entertainment setting.

The role offers growth toward higher operational leadership within the organization and requires a focus on people, operations, safety, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive management and leadership experience in hospitality/entertainment.
• Experience leading multiple departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and hold others accountable.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Understanding of guest experience and safety.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty for a high-volume, fast-paced themed dinner attraction.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple departments.
• Mentor, coach, and direct Department Managers and other leaders.
• Promote a strong culture of safety as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout staff and guest areas.
• Partner with contractors and internal maintenance for repairs and improvements.
• Monitor daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management across departments.
• Ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
• Step into leadership during absences of senior leaders.
