Job summary

Dolly Parton’s Stampede is seeking a dedicated, hard-working Managerial Team member to oversee the Arena department, including server and beverage operations, ensuring optimum efficiency and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on maximizing profits while delivering an energetic, courteous experience and upholding safety and dining service standards.

The candidate will supervise 50–75 employees, manage budgets with the Director of Operations and General Manager, and coordinate across departments

Qualifications

• Language Skills to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 50-75 employees in the Arena department.
• Supervises interview, hire and training processes and oversees performance appraisals and conflict resolution.
• Ensure consistently excellent customer service and safe-quality food and beverages for all guests.
• Develop and manage variations from budget with Director of Operations and GM of annual Arena budgets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, On Site Sales, Production and Merchandise to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with customer service and safety procedures; maintain ethical environment.
• Develop and maintain facilities and equipment maintenance programs protecting company assets.
• Contribute to policy development, long-range planning, and safety procedures as DS-TN management team.
• Maintain rapid pace and willingness to assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships and reliable attendance.

Education

Two year certificate from college or technical school
