• 2 years leadership experience preferred.

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight on shifts.
• Coordinate with employees to ensure clear instructions and performance monitoring.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and provide training, performance feedback, and disciplinary input as needed.
• Foster a safe, productive environment and uphold company safety standards.
• Collaborate with business partners to meet service standards and expectations.
