Qualifications

• Ability to work across Revenue, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple departments daily, including Revenue, Compliance, Specials, Lockbox, and Business License Administration.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to staff as needed.
• Develop and deliver department training programs and materials.
• Create advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements and service standards.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications and client engagement.
