Job summary

Neumo seeks a Director of Business Operations to oversee initiatives across Finance & Tax and Forms, reporting to the GM/EVP of the Public Admin BU. The role drives profitability, efficiency, and risk reduction while guiding operations strategy, hiring, and customer engagement across the BU.

The Director will liaison with the organization to ensure timely execution of tasks and transformative actions, leading special projects and continuous process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 10+ years in State and local SW Services implementation and Support.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end projects requiring strategic and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Partners with EVP/GM on revenue strategy and initiatives to improve revenue growth.
• Implement objectives reflecting business goals and identify process improvements.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting for teams with high quality standards.
• Maintain holistic view of operations and related technologies (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.).
• Drive change management and align reporting, training, and incentives with priorities.
• Define performance metrics and programs to ensure sales success.
