Qualifications

• 8+ years supervisory experience in a technical or complex operations environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven coaching and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to maximize value delivered to customers.
• Lead and manage building operations with focus on safety and reliability.
• Spend 80% of time on the floor to observe status and gather input for improvements.
• Facilitate changes to enhance organizational capability through people and processes.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of quality products and maintain safe working conditions.
