Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing residential care or similar operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational accountability experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong crisis management, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of APD regulations and Florida residential care compliance preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all residential homes and service lines.
• Conduct regular visits to homes and programs to ensure service quality.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage across locations.
• Step into operational gaps to ensure services continue without disruption.
• Maintain cross-functional oversight of all departments and compliance requirements.
• Oversee incident management and regulatory reporting and follow-up.
• Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance for safety compliance.
• Lead staffing contingency planning for emergencies and shortages.
• Hold staff accountable to performance standards and policies.
• Coordinate with Residential Support to ensure documentation and audit readiness.
• Support Field Operations Coordinator with findings and corrective action.
• Contribute to planning of future programs and growth initiatives.
