Job summary

Dayrise Residential in Arlington, TX seeks a hands-on Service Technician to maintain our residential properties. You’ll keep buildings running smoothly, safely, and beautifully, addressing preventive maintenance and urgent repairs with pride in service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of property management maintenance experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in property management.
• Strong maintenance knowledge across trades and safety awareness.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as directed.
• Diagnose and repair routine maintenance issues.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Maintain the leasing office and communal facilities.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff.
