Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to keep our residential properties running smoothly, beautifully, and safely. This on-site role reports to the Community Manager and requires 1–3 years of property management experience, with HVAC/EPA certifications preferred and a valid driver's license.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose repairs, and handle tenant-facing service requests weekly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Property Management.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• You will be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager.
• Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.
• Completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless parts or labor are extraordinary.
• Interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Maintain the leasing office and all recreational and common area facilities.
