Job summary

The Valcap Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on Assistant Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential/commercial property. You will work with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager to respond to service requests and keep the property in great condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining safe common areas. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of building systems and tools.
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
