Responsibilities

• Facilitate concept brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Lead multi-functional teams to achieve stretch goals.
• Develop and troubleshoot product lines in design, material, or process.
• Maintain plant equipment for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Plan and design experiments and analyze data for product lines.
• Design tests and equipment to support development.
• Prepare research and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting design and manufacturing quality problems.
• Conduct feasibility studies on capabilities and technologies.
• Research future market concepts and monitor technology trends.
