Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Lead multifunctional teams to achieve goals.
• Hands-on design, development, and troubleshooting of product lines.
• Lead capital projects from scope to commissioning.
• Maintain and modify plant equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Plan experiments and analyze data for product lines.
• Design test methods and equipment for product development.
• Generate engineering documentation and provide troubleshooting support.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess new technologies.
• Research future concepts and monitor technology trends.
