Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Material Handler (Inbound) on 1st shift at its Dallas, TX facility. The hourly rate is $20.00/hr, with core hours 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required. 90-day introductory period applies, safety and performance evaluations follow.

The role involves moving materials within the distribution center, receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping to fulfill customer orders. Benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience with two or more of the following equipment: Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Cherry Picker.
• No relocation assistance; within 50 miles of Dallas, TX; immigration sponsorship not offered.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Move material throughout the distribution center via receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping to enable order processing.
• Use RF scanners and packing slips to verify counts and locations; restock as needed.
• Unload and stage pallets in Receiving; generate move tickets and ensure correct material handling.
• Resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate orders and maintain safety and quality.
