Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or process-focused field.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to translate observed work into structured documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for creating, formatting, and maintaining SOPs and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Observe manufacturing floor operations to understand how work is performed.
• Photograph, annotate, and take notes on processes with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Develop, revise, and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids with cross-functional teams.
• Identify safety-critical steps, quality checkpoints, and escalation paths within processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Safety to ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain version control and traceability for documentation updates.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities for standardization.
