JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Process Intern is responsible for assisting manufacturing engineers with design, procurement, and housekeeping of production equipment and facilities equipment required to support manufacturing operations. They will also support continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing operations. This role assists in identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting CAPEX project evaluations, participating in process and 5S audits, and contributing to Kaizen and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. The intern will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while gaining hands‑on experience in manufacturing systems and standard work practices.
