Qualifications

• This internship requires enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with CAD, document management, and EHS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation (SOPs, work instructions, drawings, specs).
• Support small, well-scoped projects from scoping to execution including scheduling and reporting.
• Identify process improvements via data collection and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with standardization and digitization of forms and records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE to ensure compliance.
• Assist with risk assessments, change control records, and project documentation.
• Participate in plant improvement initiatives and small experiments or pilots.
• Present findings and recommendations to supervisors or project teams as needed.
