Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word and Excel for professional documentation.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and follow-through.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Observe operations to document how work is performed.
• Photograph and annotate processes for SOPs and VWIs.
• Develop, revise, and standardize process documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Identify safety-critical steps and quality checkpoints.
• Maintain records and version control for docs.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation systems.
