Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of structural, machine tooling, maintenance methods, material handling, etc.
• Preferred knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Support CAPEX project analysis and data collection.
• Participate in process audits and 5S assessments.
• Contribute to Kaizen events and CI initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data related to OEE and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and standard work documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
