Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is hiring a Senior Process Engineer at our New London facility to drive World Class Manufacturing, lead process development, and oversee capital improvement projects. You will work hands-on with extrusion equipment, collaborate with maintenance and NPD teams, and mentor technicians and leads.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing and/or Process Engineering.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

Improve Health and Safety practices across the site.
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and improvements.
Create process documentation and work instructions.
Lead data-driven projects focusing on OEE and safety.
Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and resolve issues.
