Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree in Quality or Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of quality engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Leadership: Supervisory experience is preferred; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Technical: Core competency in RCA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Methodologies: Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Quality Technicians, Monitors, Analysts, and Group Leads.
• Lead daily communications during Operations Huddle Board meetings.
• Deliver timely updates across all plant functions.
