Task Force Tips is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Valparaiso, IN who will work hands-on with Production, Assembly, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and support new product development.

The role requires applying lean techniques, analyzing data, and turning concepts into practical solutions on the shop floor. Collaboration across teams and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining, molding, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production and Assembly to solve manufacturing issues.
• Assess manufacturability of designs and prepare cost estimates.
• Develop, test, and implement new concepts and tooling improvements.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Draft technical documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
