The ideal candidate works independently, adapts to changing priorities, and safely uses tools and vehicles. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers and trimmers.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, or HVAC understanding.
• Experience with hand and power tools like drills and pressure washers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and routine repairs around the property.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks.
• Paint, patch, prime, and finish surfaces as required.
• Operate landscaping equipment and assist with groundskeeping.
• Support daily market operations and event setup/breakdown.
