• Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally.
• Communicate with team members and vendors by phone and radio.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the main office.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests, vendors, and team members.
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic office equipment and coordinate service.
• Process returned checks and maintain organized vendor files.
• Assist with reports, correspondence, data entry, presentations, and other administrative projects.
• Complete general computer, clerical, and office support tasks.
