Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Pooler, GA seeks a Maintenance Associate to oversee upkeep of grounds, building facilities, guest rooms, and shuttle services. Daily cleaning, preventive maintenance, small repairs, and completion of the Maintenance Checklist are expected.

You will communicate larger needs to the General Manager, perform safe chemical handling, and assist with loading light items. Must follow OSHA guidelines and work well with a team; outdoor work in varying weather is included.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of heating, air conditioning, electric and plumbing.
• Ability to use basic work tools and equipment.
• Ability to patch holes, clean carpets, and paint walls.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property maintenance of grounds, building facilities and guest rooms and Shuttle.
• Responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep, preventive maintenance, small repair and tasks.
• Communicates larger maintenance needs to the General Manager.
• Completes Maintenance Checklist and Maintenance Request Forms within 24 hours.
• Performs preventive maintenance program on a timely basis.
• Responds to maintenance emergencies on a 24-hour call basis.
• Maintains clean, organized maintenance workshop and storerooms.
