Job summary

Keller’s Flea Market in Savannah, GA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and operation across the market site. The role involves preventive maintenance, general repairs, painting, and groundskeeping while assisting with event setup and daily operations.

The ideal candidate works independently, adapts to changing priorities, and safely operates a range of tools and equipment. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience across building systems and equipment.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge to assist repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with hand and power tools in a maintenance setting.
• CDL experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and routine repairs across the property.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry tasks.
• Identify maintenance needs and report to management.
• Carry out painting projects and surface refinishing.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and document tasks.
• Support market operations and event setup/breakdown as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
