Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in technical facilities maintenance.
• Strong plumbing, HVAC, and building systems knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing, HVAC, and building mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot critical equipment, including supply air units, exhaust fans, pressure boilers, pumps, and valves.
• Monitor equipment operations by reviewing logs and inspecting systems to identify malfunctions.
• Address a wide range of work orders, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Communicate with work order requestors to understand needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to policies for materials handling and disposal.
• Write and manage maintenance work orders and material requisitions as needed.
