Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging in Buffalo, NY seeks a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team on the production floor. You will diagnose faults, drive asset reliability for high-speed presses, and manage RTO systems while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will maintain a structured PM program, oversee CMMS records, and coordinate audits under OSHA, EPA, and GFSI frameworks. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory or lead technician experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven "tool-in-hand" troubleshooting mastery across complex, automated machinery.
• Demonstrate excellence in organization and record-keeping with audit-heavy administrative tracking (OSHA, EPA, NYSDOL, NYSDEC or GFSI logs).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to a team of maintenance technicians on the production floor.
• Diagnose faults and drive asset reliability for high-speed presses, converting machinery, and the RTO.
• Maintain a world-class PM program and CMMS, ensuring audit readiness and equipment overhauls.
• Ensure OSHA/ NYSDOL safety compliance and proper documentation of safety procedures.
